Context: We helped a fintech group create engaging content to promote their blockchain economic event; a gathering of innovators and global leaders paving the future for Web3.

The Blockchain Economic Event was held in April 2018 in the heart of downtown Toronto. The conference offered hands-on technical workshops, featured qualified speakers, and valuable networking opportunities.
We were brought in to help strategize and execute producing video content across multiple platforms, and in a variety of formats.
We took a content multiplier approach; using existing video assets and repurposed them to create more engaging content for different platforms. On the day, we filmed content and managed social media throughout the event.

Since then, use of the content multiplier approach has meant that long form recorded talks from the event were disseminated into valuable evergreen thought-leadership content across multiple platforms.
This was done in a way that allowed for organic engagement through @mention and #hashtag of the speakers from the event on the platforms native to their audience reach.
By creating content that featured key influencers, roll-out meant the immediate re-sharing of the content by these figures, which resulted in the appearance to their audiences that the event was “everywhere” online.
In this way, the conference was able to punch far above their weight in the online space.
